The Korea Society of Management Information Systems (KMIS) will cooperate with Busan Technopark (Busan TP).

Yang Hee-dong, chairman of KMIS (Professor of Lee University), exchanged a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Director Kim Hyung-kyun at Busan Techno Park in Haeundae-gu, Busan on the 9th.

According to cooperation, KMIS promotes mutual exchange and cooperation projects to develop the Busan Blockchain Special Zone and revitalize the local economy based on the technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The Korea Management Information Society will cooperate in supporting Busan hosting such as ▲ Busan Technopark’s blockchain conference and seminars, ▲ Research and development using blockchain infrastructure, ▲ Education and expert training, and mutual establishment of global innovation networks.

Busan Techno Park is a “local technology innovation hub” jointly invested by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and Busan Metropolitan City to establish a cooperative system for industry, academia, research, and government and revitalize the local economy through technological advancement of local industries. It is playing a driving role in various ways to innovate and fuse local technologies and industries, cultivate creative talents, contribute to the creation of high-quality jobs, and improve the technology and market competitiveness of local companies.
